Senior Associate Employment Solicitor
A national Employment Department covering clients across the UK has a requirement for a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join their London team. The Senior Associate Employment Solicitor will work on behalf of corporate clients and public sector organisations defending and advising on a full range of employment matters. The team also provides legal advice and training on employment law issues, supporting clients from board level to HR practitioners, and handles high-profile employment law cases. Working on a hybrid pattern, the role involves handling complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including advisory work, tribunal claims, whistleblowing, reorganisation, redundancy issues, and healthcare legislation applications. The Senior Associate will also supervise, delegate, and deliver client training and care. Candidates should have employment litigation experience, good client handling skills, and the ability to work well with team members.
Salary: Up to £82,000 + bonus + flexible benefits such as holiday buy/sell options.
