A well-established and expanding legal practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a supportive and ambitious team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven lawyer who wants to take the next step in their career within a growing, forward-thinking environment.
You will handle a diverse and stimulating caseload, working with a wide range of clients including developers, investors, agents, lenders, landlords and tenants. The work will cover all major real estate sectors—office, retail, leisure and industrial.
You will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and licences
- Landlord and tenant issues
- General property-related advisory work
The role offers substantial autonomy, with the flexibility to manage your own matters while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial real estate matters
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Confident working independently as well as within a team
- Proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for developing client relationships and generating new work
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to continue progressing professionally
