A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their Bristol office. The successful candidate will work on large scale development projects and provide strategic planning advice. Candidates should possess strong expertise in planning law, particularly with the Town and Country Planning Act and a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience. Due to the growth inourwork, as well as thevarietyandcomplexityof the projects we are working on, thisroleneedsstrong experience inplanning,infrastructureandenvironmentalworkas well asa genuineenthusiasmto developourgreatteam. This role will see you working on large scale developmentconsent orders,compulsoryacquisitions, giving strategicplanningadvice, reviewingenvironmentalstatements, assisting with projectmanagementandsupportingournational real estate practice. Theroleoffers an unrivalledopportunitytoworkona wide range of premium levelplanningworkoutside of the City.
