My client are seeking a driven Commercial Solicitor eager to work on innovative and high-impact projects with top industry experts. While the primary focus is on the private sector, you the successful candidate can expect to engage in some public sector projects. This highly ranked team is recognized for handling complex legal issues and thrives on delivering high-profile, cutting-edge work.

In this role, the successful Commercial Solicitor will draft and advise on various commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements, and franchise deals, provide guidance on regulatory matters, particularly in consumer contracts and negotiate commercial agreements.

You can expect to work with a diverse and prestigious client base, including well-known names.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in non-contentious commercial contracts with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
