Real Estate Solicitor
Location:Truro (preferred), with flexibility for Exeter or Taunton
Salary:Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement:Hybrid

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE to join a forward-thinking and supportive team at a well-established South West firm. This role is ideally based in Truro, where the majority of the team is located, but exceptional candidates may also be considered for the Exeter or Taunton offices.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

• Advising a broad client base including local businesses, developers, and investors.

• Drafting and negotiating leases, sale and purchase agreements, and other real estate documentation.

• Supporting senior team members on more complex transactions.

• Playing an active role in the team’s business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0–3 years’ PQE in real estate or commercial property.

• Have a strong technical grounding and a proactive approach to your work.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.

• Be team-oriented, commercially aware, and eager to contribute to a growing department.

• Ideally be based in or near Truro, though candidates based in Exeter or Taunton will be considered if they are a strong fit.
