Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative and PA support to a senior lawyer.
  • Support compliance and file-opening formalities.
  • Manage and organise files to ensure proper document structures.
  • Assist with financial processes including cost management.
  • Update estate accounts with key information.
  • Assist with applications to the probate registry.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates and respond to enquiries.
  • Ensure timely handling of correspondence.
  • Learn about legal and tax concepts underpinning probate work.
