  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Legal Cashiering role.
  • Strong working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
  • Confident working with legal finance systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client and office accounts in accordance with SRA Accounts Rules.
  • Processing daily bank reconciliations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing payments, transfers, and electronic banking.
  • Posting invoices, disbursements, receipts, and ensuring accurate ledger management.
  • Monitoring client balances and ensuring compliance.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes.
  • Liaising with internal departments, solicitors, and external stakeholders.
