Job summary
A global reinsurance company is seeking a skilled legal professional to provide advice and support for their investment fund management activities. The successful candidate will manage complex legal matters across capital markets, focusing on compliance and risk management. With at least four years of relevant experience and a law degree, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to ensure regulatory compliance and foster relationships with clients. - Minimum of four years' experience in asset management or capital markets.
- Experience with MiFID and/or AIFMD, U.S. Investment Advisers Act.
- Expertise in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

- Provide legal advice for investment fund management activities.
- Support proprietary investment activities across various asset classes.
- Analyze legal and regulatory risks affecting ACP business.
- Facilitate legal issues coordination among teams.
