Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to settlement or trial
• Provide clear legal advice and representation, including court advocacy where required
• Work closely with Counsel and medical experts to prepare and progress cases
• Handle matters including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and hospital negligence

Experience Required

• 1-5 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence or a related area of litigation
• Advocacy skills and understanding of court procedures
• Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills
