A respected multi-office firm in the West Midlands is seeking a Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE. The successful candidate will manage a diverse privately funded caseload encompassing divorce, financial matters, and children's law, while also mentoring juniors and engaging in business development. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly to the growth of the firm's family department.
Qualificações
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) required.
- Experience handling privately funded caseloads.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior members.
Responsabilidades
- Manage own caseload including divorce, children proceedings, and financial matters.
- Assist in managing junior team members.

This multi-office West Midlands firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their busy department.
You will manage your own caseload and play a key role in developing and expanding the department. The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE and handle a privately funded caseload including:
- Divorce and separation
- Children Act proceedings
- Financial matters
- Injunction applications
- Pre and Post Nuptial agreements
You should have supervisory experience and assist in managing junior team members. Additionally, you will be involved in marketing and business development activities.
