Contentious Probate Solicitor - Salisbury

We are working with an award-winning firm in Salisbury in their search for a contentious probate solicitor. This role involves joining a top-tier team known for high-quality legal advice.

Acting mainly for charities and professionals, you'll manage your own contentious probate caseload, handling disputes related to Inheritance Act claims, landed estates, claims for repayment of lifetime gifts, and more.

You should have a strong background in disputes, with experience specifically in contentious probate. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years PQE, but applications from those with more or less experience are welcome. If you have worked on contentious probate as part of a broader caseload, please still apply.
