Corporate Solicitor – Somerset

Are you a corporate lawyer looking for quality work without the city commute? A well-established Somerset firm is looking to grow its corporate team with the addition of an experienced solicitor.

With a longstanding reputation and strong regional presence, this firm advises a diverse client base on transactions ranging from £2k to £11m – including businesses in hospitality, care, retail and leisure sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on business sales and acquisitions (share and asset deals)
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and T&Cs
• Working on joint ventures, refinancing, and franchise matters
• Delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to owner-managed and SME clients

What experience is required:

• A qualified solicitor with corporate or commercial experience
• Strong drafting skills and a client-first approach
• A team player who enjoys working with a broad mix of local businesses
