Disputes Resolution Associate Solicitor/Senior Associate

Are you a senior level Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for an exciting new challenge? Or perhaps you're an Associate ready to take the next step but feel limited in your current role?

This dynamic Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate level to join its Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will advise clients on a wide range of disputes, including commercial contract issues, insolvency matters, professional negligence claims, corporate conflicts, shareholder agreements and defamation cases. Your work will span sectors such as Financial Services, Retail and Transport.

We are seeking a candidate with significant commercial litigation experience, strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development to help expand the practice.
