A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a progressive and growing law firm with offices in Hove and Crawley. This is a key role within a dynamic team, advising a wide-ranging client base from SMEs to larger corporates, in a supportive environment with no time recording requirements.
- Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, company formations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply, service, and trading agreements.
- Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Providing non-contentious employment and TUPE advice.
- Assisting with sales of SPVs whose principal assets are real estate.
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals, where appropriate.

- A qualified solicitor with 5+ years\' PQE in corporate and commercial law.
- Confident in handling a varied caseload independently.
- Commercially astute, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Skilled at building lasting client relationships.

- Competitive salary from £65,000-£85,000 DOE.
- 35-hour working week.
