Overview

Litigation Solicitor – London - Hybrid. We are working with a dynamic and expanding law firm who are seeking an experienced solicitor to join their busy litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload across a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial disputes, as well as residential and commercial property issues. Clients include SME businesses, property developers, landlords, and private individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing cases involving landlord and tenant disputes, ownership conflicts, possession claims, and other contentious matters
• Advising a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering practical, effective solutions
• Contributing to business development by cultivating client relationships and generating new work opportunities

About You

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE in litigation
• Experience in corporate/commercial disputes and property-related matters
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress your career
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Business development mindset and enthusiasm for growing your own caseload
