Contentious Probate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £55,000+ (DOE) – This leading national dynamic and forward-thinking law firm are looking to recruit a Contentious Probate Solicitor into their Private Client team where complex disputes meet strategic excellence. JOB REF: 2010.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for a varied and busy contentious probate caseload from inception to completion.
  • You’ll be advising individuals, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries on a wide range of contentious probate matters.
  • Supervising more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
  • Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
  • STEP/ACTAPS membership or working towards it (desirable).
  • Exceptional technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Confident handling complex litigation and client relationships.
