The role involves undertaking Adult social care work, including Court of Protection, DOLs, S21A applications, safeguarding, homelessness, care act, education, Judicial review matters, leaving care rights, s17 Children act, Mental Health Act, and other types of adult social care work. This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Barristers, or Fellows of CILEX. The successful candidate will join a friendly, committed, and highly regarded in-house legal team, contributing to the delivery of quality legal advice and making a real impact on the quality of life and sustainability of the borough.
