A leading water services provider is seeking a Planning and Consenting Solicitor to provide legal advice on planning consents. This includes advising on development strategy and statutory consenting for major projects. The role involves collaboration within a supportive legal team and offers a hybrid working model with competitive benefits. Ideal for solicitors with a strong track record in planning law and innovative problem-solving skills.
Circa £95,000 per annum (depending on skills & experience)
Full Time / 37 hours per week
Huntingdon or London / Hybrid

As a planning lawyer, you will be primarily responsible for legal advice in relation to all planning consents (including conventional planning permissions and development consent orders), other statutory consenting (EPR, Water Abstraction, Wildlife and Countryside Act etc) and related matters (including compulsory acquisition) within the Company supporting the major infrastructure team’s work. In doing so, y ou will play a key part in helping the business deliver on its purpose.
You will have the support of the wider legal team who are experienced and have a firm understand ing of Anglian W a ter and the regulatory environment in which it operates.
