I'm delighted to be working with a leading law firm in Leeds who are looking to appoint a talented contentious probate lawyer into a pivotal growth role within their busy and expanding team.

The Opportunity:

This is a genuine progression opportunity designed to support the continued growth of a thriving contentious probate practice.

You'll be working directly alongside a highly experienced and leading contentious probate solicitor who heads up the team, taking on significant responsibility while benefiting from their mentorship and expertise.

The role has been created to allow the head of department to focus more heavily on business development activities, meaning you'll step into a position with real autonomy and leadership responsibility from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handling the full spectrum of inheritance and will disputes
  • Managing your own complex caseload of contentious probate matters
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
  • Contributing to the strategic development of the department
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
