Job summary
A reinsurance start-up in Greater London is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their growing Legal team. Initial responsibilities include working with senior lawyers on corporate and commercial matters, reviewing agreements, and conducting legal research. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of commercial experience from a professional services background. The salary offered ranges from £35k to £45k, with a quick recruitment process.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a commercial legal environment.
- Experience from a professional services background.
- Ability to support and work with senior lawyers.
Responsibilities
- Support and work with senior lawyers in corporate, commercial, and insurance areas.
- Review commercial agreements, such as NDAs and supplier contracts.
- Draft board minutes and prepare corporate filings.
- Assist with legal research and attend meetings.
- Arrange delivery of legal documentation.
