We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a legal practice with a strong presence across Essex and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clinical negligence department with exposure to an interesting caseload and enjoy a flexible and collaborative working environment.
You'll join a team of dedicated professionals handling a broad spectrum of clinical negligence matters. From birth injury claims and surgical errors to misdiagnosis and care home negligence, you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files with the full support of experienced secretarial and administrative staff. The role offers high-quality, varied work across a diverse client base, while giving you the platform to further develop your expertise within a recognised and respected team.
