We’re working with a well-regarded and growing law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE to handle a broad mix of commercial and property litigation matters within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Duties will include :

• Managing own caseload of wide range of commercial and property litigation.
• Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
• Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis.
• Maintaining continuing professional development requirements and taking an active interest in furthering knowledge within litigation.

The successful candidate will :

• Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE.
• Have strong experience in both commercial and property litigation.
• Be commercially aware, with excellent communication and client care skills.
• Be keen to contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the department
