Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of Defendant’s property litigation experience.
• Experience of running a case load.
• A working knowledge of Household and Commercial recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Initial review and report on case files.
• Investigate evidential matters to establish cause of action.
• Dealing with disclosure and reviewing evidence.
• Instruct counsel and experts.
• Legal research and drafting documents.
• Attend conferences and trials with counsel.
• Liaise with lay and insurer clients.
