The Role

You will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, conditional contracts, option agreements, and collaboration agreements.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, high‑value development projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with an impressive client base of national and regional developers.
• Play an active role in business development and team growth.

About You

We're looking for a solicitor who :

• Has 2-6 years' PQE in residential development, real estate, or land / development work (though candidates outside this range will be considered on merit).
• Possesses strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with a focus on quality and client service.
• Is motivated, proactive, and keen to grow within a market‑leading team.
