Legal Administrator à Grande-Bretagne

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll work with a broad range of clients which will include commercial and HNW clients, handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and more complex matters such as trust-related transactions. The role offers autonomy, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to the team's development.

• Handle a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, and lease extensions
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of trust matters and how they impact property transactions
• Deliver excellent client care and build strong client relationships
• Support junior team members and contribute to training and development
• Participate in business development and networking initiatives

• Solicitor, CILEx or Licenced Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE
• Solid experience managing a residential property caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and land law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Flexible, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Confident in business development, networking and promoting the firm's services
