Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Solid experience managing a residential property caseload independently.
• Demonstrated understanding of trust matters impacting property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales and re-mortgages.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent client care.
• Support junior team members and contribute to their development.

Job description

Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll work with a broad range of clients which will include commercial and HNW clients, handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and more complex matters such as trust-related transactions. The role offers autonomy, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to the team's development.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, and lease extensions
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of trust matters and how they impact property transactions
• Deliver excellent client care and build strong client relationships
• Support junior team members and contribute to training and development
• Participate in business development and networking initiatives

Requirements

• Solicitor, CILEx or Licenced Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE
• Solid experience managing a residential property caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and land law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Flexible, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Confident in business development, networking and promoting the firm's services
