Job description

Our client is an established private high street practice with a number of offices across Greater North London. The successful property department are seeking support and we have a varied role that would suit someone who is looking to take a step back from fee earning targets in the short term.

There are a number of projects, including reviewing legacy files that require progression and resolution to ensure all post completion matters have been finalised and title deeds filed properly. Also, there is ongoing work relating to leasehold Landlord and Tenant matters, including lease extensions and renewals and possibly some enfranchisement work. In addition, there is the opportunity to support the fee earners during periods of sickness, holiday or just when the workflow increases across all residential conveyancing.

Once the projects are completed, it is envisaged that this role will develop into a Residential Conveyancing fee earning opportunity, where you will have the opportunity to inherit some files and be supported by the Head of Department to develop your own caseload.

The benefits are good and the management team genuinely do care about the workforce and offer career development and support for further qualifications.
