As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing and mentoring junior team members while maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will deliver a blend of project and professional services across a range of sectors, including education, social housing, and commercial properties.
- Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth.
- Delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management.
- Acting as a key figure in business development activities to drive growth.
- MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree.
- Proven experience in a consultancy or private practice.

- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
