In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a variety of building surveying services across a portfolio of commercial properties owned and managed by the local authority. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance, refurbishment, and compliance of these assets. Fully commercial, none residential.
