- Experience with Total Station and GPS equipment (Leica, GeoMax, or Trimble).
- Understanding of survey control and its importance.
- Familiar with survey software and CAD (LSS preferred).
- Experience with laser scanning (Leica Cyclone, CloudworX, Recap preferred).
Responsibilities
- Work on diverse projects such as Topographic Surveys and Measured Building Surveys.
- Conduct Laser Scanning and Drone Surveys.
- Perform Utility Surveys.

A forward-thinking survey company with a reputation for delivering accurate, high-quality data is looking to expand its team. Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking a Topographic and/or Measured Building Surveyor to join us.
We offer a supportive and professional working environment, along with structured CPD and ongoing training to help develop your surveying skills.
- Work across a diverse range of projects, including:
- Topographic Surveys
- Measured Building Surveys
- Laser Scanning
- BIM
- Drone Surveys
- Utility Surveys
- Experience or understanding of:
- Total Station and GPS equipment (Leica, GeoMax, or Trimble)
- Survey control and its importance
- Survey software and CAD (LSS preferred)
- Laser scanning (Leica Cyclone, CloudworX, Recap - training provided if needed)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Usual hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (with some flexibility required)
- Occasional travel and overnight stays (majority of work is in Yorkshire)
- Must live within commuting distance of our office in Leeds (LS14)
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive salary based on experience (£28,500 - £39,000)
