Associate Building Surveyor's Role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing and mentoring junior team members while maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will deliver a blend of project and professional services across a range of sectors, including education, social housing, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth.
  • Delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management.
