Their model is based on private instructions, in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non lender work)

London basic salaries in the region of £55,000 / £65,000 (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension / healthcare and bonus scheme.

Basic salaries in the region of £50,000 / £58,000 (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension / healthcare and bonus scheme, OTE in the region of £75,000 / £80,000
