This role involves overseeing a team of compliance analysts and advisors who ensure the business is protected across critical and strategic activities. As a team leader, your responsibilities include allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed within the established risk and compliance frameworks.

Your team will conduct ongoing monitoring related to AML, KYC, CDD, and conflicts of interest, as well as providing advice on complex risk and compliance issues. This position is ideal for an experienced compliance professional with supervisory experience or in-depth compliance knowledge seeking their next challenge or a step up in their career.
