A fast-growing insurtech company seeks a Head of Compliance to design and enforce compliance frameworks in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and at least 1 year in insurance. Fully remote work with potential travel to London is required.

Qualifications

The Role

Required knowledge and experience

• Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules
• Proven ability to design policies and manage complex compliance programmes
