What is Noda

Noda is reshaping online payments allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants bank accounts. We're seeking a talented Transaction Monitoring Analyst to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission :
  • Conducting real-time transaction screening for immediate detection of suspicious activities;
  • Performing retrospective transaction monitoring to analyze past transaction data for anomalies or patterns indicative of potential risks;
  • Monitoring, analysing and investigating cryptocurrency transactions across blockchain networks to detect patterns of suspicious activity;
  • Investigating flagged transactions to assess potential risks;
  • Collaborating with teams like Compliance to address identified risks;
  • Assisting in creating processes and procedures for transaction monitoring;
  • Testing new software and proactively finding areas of improvement;
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of findings and actions taken for regulatory compliance.
What are your skills and experience :
  • 2 years of experience in transaction monitoring, financial crime compliance or a similar role within the financial services industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Proficiency in using transaction monitoring tools and software platforms;
  • Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and other relevant regulatory frameworks;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (level C1);
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in transactional data;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a 100% remote team environment.
Nice to have :
  • Previous experience with ComplyAdvantage and/or Chainalysis will be considered an advantage.
