They are seeking a confident, dynamic, and self-motivated Senior Print Account Manager to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, well-organized, and experienced in managing or supervising a small team.

To develop and nurture relationships with existing key customers, maximizing product sales and profit opportunities. To manage a team providing excellent sales support to the customer base, as well as internal and external sales teams.

1. Monitor and manage workflow of estimates, orders, and job bags through MIS systems.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, invoices, products, and pricing.
3. Provide daily feedback to Directors, analyzing estimates/orders and current challenges.
4. Manage team holidays to ensure continuous coverage.
5. Participate in daily production management meetings to facilitate communication.
6. Report production feedback to the team.
7. Maintain and develop personal skills, knowledge, and capabilities related to business processes, products, and services.
