Job Description

• Develop creative and engaging designs for digital and print marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Produce high-quality mock-ups and prototypes to present design concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines effectively.
• Work with external agencies and suppliers on projects as required.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.
• Optimise and prepare final artwork for production or online distribution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Graphic Designer should have:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in design projects.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
