A respected residential care provider in Eye, Suffolk is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in residential or dementia care, knowledge of CQC regulations, and an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 and opportunities for professional development.
