Job summary

A community health organization is seeking a passionate Health and Fitness Coach to inspire members and deliver fitness sessions at the Swan Leisure Centre. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Fitness Instructor Qualification and excel in customer service. Overview

Location: Swan Leisure Centre, Buckinghamshire, MK18 1AE. Working Hours/Pattern: Casual hours, covering a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts. Salary: £10 to £12.21 per hour + Excellent Benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire members to achieve their goals and deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions, with the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions.
  • Coach members on effective, outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment.
  • Create a community-oriented environment, building clubs within clubs and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of customer interaction and assist other staff as required.
  • Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with opportunities for development and benefits such as free membership and other discounts.
