Overview

Ashlong House Domiciliary Care is looking for a competent Support Worker to support physically or mentally challenged customers in their everyday lives. If you are resident in the UK, eligible to work without restriction and do not need sponsorship, we would love to hear from you. If you are a compassionate, positive person who is not afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator.   • Help with skills development and activities, including shopping and attending medical appointments.
  • Medication in compliance with local guidelines.
  • Provide personal care and emotional support; assist with meals and housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
  • Record information in documents and service user files daily.
  • Commit to following a training programme in accordance with National Requirements and take responsibility for professional development.
  • Demonstrate a caring attitude, reliability, flexibility, honesty, and a positive, compassionate approach.
