A leading construction firm in Chelsea, London, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential refurbishments. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, monitor project schedules, and ensure quality standards are met. Essential qualifications include an SMSTS & CSCS Card, First Aid Certificate, and prior experience in luxury refurbishments and client-facing roles. - Strong knowledge of managing high-end residential refurbishments.
- Experience in coordinating multiple trades and ensuring quality standards.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and update the build programme regularly.
- Coordinate and book all trades involved in the project.
- Ensure trades perform to the program and highest standards.
- Order materials, fixtures, and fittings as needed.
- Liaise with the architect on design and site issues.
- Manage design changes requested by the buyer.
