Apply today to work as a Project Co-ordinator / Manager for our client, the world's leading refrigeration, commercial catering equipment and portable kitchen supplier.

Staffline is recruiting a Project Co-ordinator / Manager in Marchington.

This role would be working December and January only, at present.

The rate of pay is £16.50 per hour.

This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 8am to 4pm.

Your Time at Work

As a Project Co-ordinator / Manager your duties include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all queries related to the project – both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders: Transport, Warehouse, Sales, Operations, and the Client!
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and any issues are escalated and resolved quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs.
  • Troubleshoot and solve to keep operations running smoothly, especially during high-pressure situations.
  • Support with planning, scheduling, and prioritising workloads to meet project milestones.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure all systems and processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
