A leading main contractor in the Peterborough area is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in construction projects valued between £8m and £15m. This role includes responsibilities for project delivery, commercial performance, and client interface. An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record operating on construction build projects valued £8m - £15m is required to join a leading main contractor for delivery of projects in the Peterborough area.
The role will be primarily responsible for the project in terms of delivery, commercial performance and client interface, where you will be expected to lead in a positive and proactive manner. The scope includes a broad spectrum of commercial schemes such as further education, schools, commercial and leisure, with exposure to large regional and tier 1 contracting environments.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with an established main contractor, with a good regional pipeline of work and the opportunity for future progression.
