Job summary
A leading utilities contractor in the UK seeks a JBUP Administrator to support their water utility contracts across London. This vital role involves generating job packs, assigning work to engineering teams, and coordinating customer appointments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Join a collaborative team and help deliver essential services to communities. Work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based initially in Enfield with a move to Apsley planned.
Qualifications
- Great attention to detail is a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional telephone manner.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities required.
Responsibilities
- Generate, prepare, and assign job packs for Engineers.
- Allocate work to teams and close out completed jobs.
- Arrange customer appointments for job completion.
