We\'re looking for a driven Project Manager with a passion for façades and building envelopes to take the lead on high-profile projects with Tier 1 contractor clients.

This isn\'t just another PM role. You\'ll own your projects, typically managing three at any one time: one in planning, one in production, and one on site in delivery. From pre-construction handover through to final handover, you\'ll be the one steering the ship.

You\'ll be out on site, in design meetings, and at client briefings - making key decisions and keeping projects moving. If you thrive on variety, responsibility and the buzz of seeing your work come to life on major projects, this is for you.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of façade/envelope projects, taking ownership from pre-con to final completion.
• Juggle three live projects across different stages - keeping each one on track
• Partner with Tier 1 contractors and consultants, delivering design led architectural façades
• Drive collaboration between design, commercial, production and site teams.
• Problem-solve on the spot - managing risk, cost and programme while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Have cut their teeth in façade, curtain walling, unitised systems, rainscreen cladding, or wider building envelope.
• Bring hands-on project management experience with façade or envelope contractors.
• Know how to balance technical detail, commercial awareness and client relationships.
• Are comfortable taking the lead across multiple projects - and keeping calm under pressure.
• Enjoy working with Tier 1 contractors and being the person they rely on.
