Project Manager – Operations & Supply Chain

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of key operational and supply chain processes. This newly created role will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening overall business performance. You’ll be responsible for designing workflows, managing third-party suppliers, and ensuring strong collaboration across multiple business functions.

The Role
  • Lead the design and delivery of operational workflows and processes.
  • Analyse existing practices to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
  • Manage and develop supplier and partner relationships.
  • Support compliance, risk, and legal teams with process documentation and escalation routes.
  • Build reporting dashboards to provide performance visibility across the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable savings and efficiencies.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Confident working with data and reporting tools to inform decision-making.
  • Experience designing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Proactive self-starter with a collaborative approach.
