Job Title: Project Manager - Water
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: Up to £70,000 p/a

Are you a proven Project Manager ready to take the lead on high-value infrastructure projects and see them through from design to delivery?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of projects from conception through to client handover.
  • Promote exceptional safety, quality, and delivery standards across all teams and subcontractors.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project delivery through detailed execution plans and method statements.
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards at all stages of delivery.
What They\'re Looking For
  • Strong project management experience delivering multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water sector.
  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Solid knowledge of NEC and/or IChemE construction contracts.
  • Strong understanding of construction health and safety and CDM regulations.
