Role includes: Launch and scale impactful research and innovation projects; drive preventative healthcare models and reducing inequalities; lead on IP, regulatory governance, and strategic grant pipelines; foster partnerships with NHS leaders, commercial innovators, academia, and patients; lead the Agile PMO and embed a growth mindset across the R&I landscape; manage financial performance and unlock external funding; spearhead performance reporting, impact analysis, and KPI frameworks; represent the Trust at regional and national forums; support innovative clinics and decision-making in population health; shape the future of digital health, AI in care pathways, and preventative medicine.
