2x New Business HNW Account Executives (up to £45,000) / 1x Existing Business HNW Account Executive (up to £45,000) / 1x Junior HNW Account Executive (up to £30,000) – additionally to salary, these roles will pay a quarterly commission bonus and annual discretionary bonus

Flexible hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office

Our client, a Private Clients specialist Insurance Broker, is looking to fill multiple positions across their New & Existing business teams, based in either their London or Hatfield locations. The New Business roles involve dealing with warm leads, with very limited ‘cold calling’.

The team consists of 11 members across various teams, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment that has grown over 60% in the last year. The company is part of a Prestige Car Dealership group selling high-performance cars such as Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Ferrari. The focus will be on HNW Motor and Household policies, with cross-selling opportunities for policies like Fine Art, Jewellery, and Holiday Homes. Broking is done via the e-trade platform Acturis.

Candidates for all roles (except the Junior role) must have Personal Lines insurance experience; training on HNW is available. The Junior HNW AE role is open to candidates without insurance experience who are eager to build a career in the insurance industry, a path successfully taken by previous hires.
