A leading healthcare organization in Burnley is seeking a Junior Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. The role involves general duties in both obstetrics and gynaecology, as well as participation in teaching and departmental audits. Applicants must be GMC registered and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a training-focused position with opportunities to expand expertise within a reputable NHS Trust.
Applications are invited for the role of Junior Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to commence as soon as possible for a period of at least 12 months. The post is primarily based at Burnley General Hospital. The post holder will be required to take part in the first on-call rota, including BSOTS triage. The Lancashire Women’s & Newborn Centre is located on the Burnley General site and we provide satellite clinics across East Lancashire to ensure ease of access for the local population. The department offers a full range of clinics in both obstetrics and gynaecology with sub-speciality interests among senior team members. This is a training-focused environment with opportunities to expand your expertise and knowledge within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology departments.
