The Junior Finance Broker Role

As a Junior Finance Broker / Direct Sales, you will play a key role in helping businesses access tailored funding solutions, including Asset Finance, Commercial Loans, and Bridging Finance. You will generate leads, qualify potential clients, and support senior brokers in securing funding deals.

Responsibilities Of The Junior Finance Broker Position

• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build strong relationships with SMEs and business owners
• Qualify clients' finance needs and introduce them to suitable funding solutions
• Work closely with senior brokers to develop funding strategies
• Learn how to assess business financials and prepare funding applications
• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and internal tools
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies

What are we looking for in the next Junior Finance Broker?

• Strong sales, account management, business development background or competitive background (experience in recruitment, insurance, estate agency, or B2B sales is a plus)
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
